Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation

The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF) is a publicly supported organization managed by volunteers. It is only through the support of others that CCF can continue its mission of funding research and helping individuals affected by pediatric cardiomyopathy. We actively approach businesses, community organizations and social clubs to select CCF as a beneficiary in their fundraising program. We also encourage cardiomyopathy families and friends to get involved at the grassroots level by hosting a community fundraising event or project.

Whether it's organizing a letter writing campaign, selling Hopeful Hearts and CCF merchandise, getting marathon pledges, or planning a sporting event and themed benefit, the amount of money raised does make a tremendous difference. Funds can support a wide range of important projects from initiating critical medical research and improving a comprehensive care patient program to maintaining CCF's informative website and mailing educational materials to doctors treating children with cardiomyopathy. In addition, each event brings positive publicity about pediatric cardiomyopathy, community awareness about our organization's purpose and a mailing list of future contributors, sponsors, and volunteers.

For interested organizations and individuals, CCF is available to help you develop your fundraising ideas, connect you to the right sources and provide templates and materials. A volunteer fundraising packet has been developed that includes all the necessary guidelines, planning forms, idea tip sheets and materials to make your fundraiser a success.
