Research and Education Efforts

Visit CCF's new online merchandise shop. There are t-shirts, pins, caps and more to help you educate others on cardiomyopathy. If you have an idea for a new product or plan to order larger quantities for a fundraiser, please contact the Foundation.

"A CURE FOR TOMORROW" red heavy gauge silicone wristbands (similar to the popular Lance Armstrong LiveStrong wristbands) are now available! These are great fundraising and awareness items. Please join us in saying "I care" about the search for a cure!

Proceeds from the bands (sold for $5 each) will go towards CCF's patient support programs. To order your curebands, please download an order form.
