The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF)
depends entirely upon the generosity of its contributors
to fund its many initiatives. CCF offers several options for individuals, corporations and groups to aid in the search for a cure. Gifts such as these listed below support the Foundation's activities while keeping operational expenses low.

- Make a monetary donation today.
- Double your donation through your employer's
matching gift program.
- Donate through your Workplace
Giving Campaign and designate the Foundation
to be the recipient of your contribution or payroll
- Bestow a gift in
memory or honor of someone special.
- Make an annual
pledge and arrange for automatic electronic giving.
- Consider planned
giving and designate the Foundation as a beneficiary
in your estate plans (i.e. will, education, retirement,
life insurance trusts).
