Cocktail Guest: $200

Half Table Sponsor: 5 players at $4,000
Full Table Sponsor: 10 players at $8,000
Sponsorship packages include cocktail admission, player spot(s), event signage, and recognition in the event program, CCF website and newsletter. In addition, half table sponsors receive 1 individual rebuy and full table sponsors receive 3 individual rebuys.
Event Registration
To reserve your playing seat please download an invitation and mail your completed reply card and payment to CCF. Or you can register and pay online. When paying on-line, please indicate what the fee covers in the “designation” line. The event reservation deadline is January 29, 2014.
