Online Community
Parents/guardians, relatives, caregivers and diagnosed adults are encouraged to register to join CCF Connect, a private online community, and receive access to additional resources such as our fact sheets and cardiomyopathy centers of care profiles. Members will also receive updates on new research studies and clinical trials specific to pediatric cardiomyopathy.
