Since 2002, the Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF) has envisioned a future where children with cardiomyopathy can live full and active lives.
Today, we're celebrating the future of four resilient CCF Heart Kids who have defied the odds: Anna, Nathan, Matt, and Zara. Being diagnosed with cardiomyopathy early in life is never easy, but with the support of their family and the CCF community they have learned to cope with their health challenges. Now they're looking forward to a bright future.
