Through CCF’s support services, families affected by pediatric cardiomyopathy can have access to disease information and emotional support. Resources are offered in both English and Spanish.

CCF Connect Online Community

Families from around the world have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss concerns, and share experiences on CCF Connect. Upon registering with CCF, members will be invited to join this private Facebook discussion group. Registered members will also have access to additional Fact Sheets, Q&A transcripts, and profiles of recognized Cardiomyopathy Centers of Care. To register with CCF, click here.

Expert Q&A Sessions

Several times each year, medical and healthcare professionals are scheduled to answer questions on topics such as medications, genetic testing, activity restrictions, and psychosocial concerns. These sessions take place on CCF Connect.
